Marshmallow Fluff is a five-piece band based in the midwest who work with a large range of genres - mostly focusing around punk rock and shoegaze. Initially formed in 2018 between girlfriends Brooklyne and Kendra, and their college friend Scully, they added bassist Minaru and rhythm guitarist Clover by 2020. Mostly popular online, with their most popular performance at six digits of views, they've attracted enough of a crowd where they can fill some medium-sized venues in live performances, and go on tours of the region.
In late 2020, they released their first EP, "M.F.M.M.F." which contained two original songs, a demo of an original song, and four covers.
In January 2022, their first album, "Dilute Acid", containing all original songs, including some breakout hits like "Mad As Hell" and "The Howling King," released to surprising success. After a tour for Dilute Acid, they were criticized for focusing their tour locations in the midwest, particularly having multiple performances in Kalamazoo, and yet, only one performance on the west coast. Luckily they didn't give a shit, and after an interviewer accused the city of K-zoo of not existing...
...they released their second album, "Kalamazoo is Real" in the summer of 2023.
Styling the packaging after stereotypical metal band album covers, their third album, "GOOD LUCK READING THIS" released in September of 2024.
